Tandoori Chicken

Since I saw this recipe in Madhura's recipes channel on Youtube, de-skinned whole chicken always kept haunting my cooking dreams :)
I was both excited and scared to try it out since I didn't want a whole chicken to get wasted in case something goes wrong. And that too after investing so much of time and energy on marinading, basting and baking for close to 2 hours! But what's life without small risks, right?

Here's the outcome.. Looks yummy, right? :) Well, the slow cooking had brought out the juices and flavor very beautifully and it was a treat to the whole family. Thank you Madhura, you made my month!

And thank you little N, for letting me the time to experiment by being a good boy with his dad :)
